Terms and Conditions

The followings terms and conditions apply to course registration; attendance and payment.

Registering for Training

  • A registration form available from Primavera Australia must be completed with the appropriate signatures and submitted by mail or fax to Primavera Australia.  A partially completed form will not be accepted.  If your company requires a purchase order to be issued, please attach.
  • Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.  Submission of a completed registration form does not guarantee a seat in a training class.
  • Registration forms should be submitted no later than 5 days before the commencement of a course.
  • After your form has been approved, Primavera Australia will send a confirmation letter to the email address listed on the form. 

Note:
You attendance is not confirmed until you receive a Confirmation Letter from Primavera Australia.

Payment is required before the commencement of training.

Volume Variable Rate

Where an Organization registers 3 or more Participants on the same workshop, the following discount applies:

  • 3 -4 Participants – 5% discount
  • 5 Participants – 10% discount
  • 6 -7 Participants – 15% discount
  • 8 Participants – 20% discount

Three methods of payment are acceptable:

Credit Card - MasterCard or Visa only.  A 2.2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

  • To cancel a reservation for training please call our Professional Services Coordinator at
    61 3 9826 9292 (Melbourne), 61 2 9922 4066 (Sydney) or email training@primavera-aus.com.
  • To avoid a penalty charge, please notify Primavera Australia Pty Ltd of your cancellation/rescheduling as soon as possible. 
  • Cancellation:
    • More than 21 days prior to a course does not incur a cancellation/reschedule fee.
    • 21 – 15 days prior to a course incurs a 10% cancellation/reschedule fee.
    • 14 – 7 days prior to a course incurs a 25 % cancellation/ reschedule fee.
    • Less than 7 days prior to a course incurs a 50% cancellation/reschedule fee.
  • “No-shows” or Partial attendance will be charged at the full tuition fee for the class.
  • Primavera Australia reserves the right to reschedule a public course at any time.
  • Substitutions will be allowed but require official notification by letter or email.
  • For cancellation/ rescheduling purposes please note Primavera Australia Pty Ltd office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Travel Arrangements

  • Directions to our various training facilities will be provided in your Confirmation Letter
  • All classes are subject to schedule changes.  We highly recommend that you purchase refundable airfares.  Primavera Australia will not be responsible for travel or other costs accrued due to scheduling changes initiated by the registrant or Primavera Australia.

Confidentiality Agreement

  • All training materials, handouts and verbal information regarding Primavera Systems Inc. and Primavera Australia Pty Ltd are considered confidential information proprietary to Primavera Australia Pty Ltd and subject to the nondisclosure provisions of the agreements between registrant’s company and Primavera Australia Pty Ltd.
