Are you new to the world of Project Management or need to better understand the basics of Planning, Scheduling and Controlling projects?, This 2 day course will provide you with conceptual understanding and the ability to perform fundamental Project Management activities. This Course examines the fundamental behaviours of, and prepares the user for the Primavera Product (Basic) courses.
