The following Primavera Accredit P6 courses are designed to excelerate end user knowledge and can be delivered as Public, Private or One on One training.
Course 102 - New Basic course for Primavera 6.0!
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s client/server based solution Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. Scheduling techniques will be covered. This three-day course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion. All workshops and instruction use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

Course 106A - New Advance course for Primavera 6.0!
This course provides instruction on creating enterprise data in Primavera. Topics in the client-server application include managing user access; creating calendars; creating project, activity, and resource codes; creating financial periods and cost accounts; and using user-defined fields and global change. Creating User Interface views and publishing dashboards in the Web application also is covered..

Course 106P - New Advance Project Management course for Primavera 6.0!
This two-day course provides in-depth project management training in Primavera’s client/server-based solution. Building off skills learned in the basic course (102), the 106-P course covers advanced subjects such as earned value analysis; updating baselines; advanced scheduling; and top-down budgeting. Hands-on workshops enable students to apply skills learned throughout the course.

Course 106R - New Advance Resource Management course for Primavera 6.0!
This two-day course provides in-depth resource management training in Primavera’s client/server-based solution. Building off skills learned in the basic course (102), the 106-R course covers advanced topics in managing resource allocation, future-period bucket planning and resource leveling. Extended workshops at the end of each day provide an opportunity to apply new skills and functionality.

Course 108 - P3 to Primavera V5/V6
This two-day course is specially designed for users moving from Primavera Project Planner (P3) to Primavera 5.0 or Primavera 6.0. Numerous charts list how P3 fields and functionality map to Primavera 5.0/6.0, enabling users to leverage their existing knowledge of P3 and rapidly adapt to new features in Primavera 5.0/6.0. The course begins with navigation, menus, and terminology in Primavera 5.0/6.0, and introduces new ways to view layouts and run reports. The course also details how basic tasks in the project management life cycle are executed in Primavera 5.0/6.0, including how to create activities, assign and analyze resources, and update the project plan. An appendix at the back of the manual covers how to convert projects from P3 to Primavera 5.0/6.0. (Please note that this course is designed for existing users of P3. Those who wish to learn Primavera 5.0/6.0, but are not P3 users, should register for Course 102.)
